senior administrator
Responsibility
- management of the admin team including delegation & overall responsibility of team workload
- to assist the Operations Manager in identifying team training and development needs
- co-ordination of facilities management including liaising with contractors and the Group internal premises department
- act as a ‘first point of contact’ in responding to enquiries from Connells Group staff
- ensure professional customer service is provided to both internal and external customers
- liaising with branch network to determine outcomes of all market appraisals booked
- producing league tables, KPIs and other reports on a daily, weekly & monthly basis
- deliver exceptional performance results at all times by aiming to exceed your targets
Requirements
- you will be able to demonstrate at least 2 years’ experience within a senior administration role
- be able to work to challenging targets and deadlines and to deliver when under pressure
- understand the important service level agreements
- excellent communication skills
- adopt a flexible working approach and a ‘can do’ attitude
- to be able to confidently manage and assist team members when necessary
- works extremely well under pressure and responds well to deadlines
