Responsibility

  • develop a methodology and process for gathering success metrics and data across all projects and drive continuous improvement
  • provide quality control over concepts and projects

Requirements

  • expert knowledge UX and Design techniques
  • utilise latest tools, research and user testing techniques
  • understanding/implementation of WAI web accessibility guidelines
  • expert in mobile, responsive and adaptive user interface UX & design
  • solid understanding of SEO and analytics and their impact on good UX and Design
