  • working in a small, dedicated specialist team, Howell Jones are looking for an confident and well-spoken HR Administrator
  • managing employee contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies
  • providing assistance with Payroll
  • conducting right-to-work checks and maintaining accurate records
  • assisting in disciplinary matters
  • maintaining comprehensive employee records and updating HR databases
  • generating time and attendance reports, monitoring employee attendance, and managing holiday and absence records
  • developing and updating the employee handbook, company policies, and procedures

Requirements

  • proven experience in an HR administration role, with a focus on employee onboarding and record-keeping
  • excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
