Responsibility
- to perform key holding duties by opening and closing the salon
- to liaise with clients and suppliers
- to organise and manage bookings for stylists to ensure the salon is running to maximum efficiency
- to email clients twice weekly with salon information
- to create daily content including reels and stories for social media platforms e.g. Facebook, Instagram
- to train staff on all aspects of booking appointments, taking deposits, new client administration and general reception duties
- to welcome and greet clients, ensuring they are looked after and have a memorable experience through excellent customer service
- to deal with all client queries and/or complaints in a timely an efficient manner
