- fully qualified AAT accountant
- experience and/or knowledge of using OpenAccounts financial system or similar
- experience and understanding of social housing and construction sector
- excellent analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- strong belief in good internal and external customer service
- able to communicate effectively with others, both verbally and in writing
- experience of producing full monthly management accounts, I&E and Balance Sheet including consolidation, budgeting, forecasting and group reporting in a non for profit environment
