  • contribute ideas and suggestions that may enable Pathways to provide a better service
  • preparation of weekly maintenance contributions, rent and service charge increases maintaining proper schedules
  • to uphold and promote Pathways’ Equal Opportunities and Diversity Policy
  • process HB, rent receipts, Go cardless DD and standing orders in Xero
  • compliance with the Data Protections Act must be adhered to at all times
  • manage rent arrears cases, working closely with the Operations Team to ensure rent arrears are kept to a minimum
  • purchase Ledger

Requirements

  • xero accounting software: 2 years
  • arthur online - Housing properties: 1 year
  • bookkeeping: 3 years
  • nominal Ledger maintence: 3 years
