Responsibility

  • manage site managers and subcontractors for various sites at the same time
  • monitor and report on project progress, including cost and schedule performance, to senior management and clients
  • ensure that all necessary permits, licences, and other regulatory requirements are obtained and complied with
  • manage and oversee all construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations, building codes, and company policies and procedures
  • coordinate with project architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • develop and implement construction schedules, budgets, and work plans for each project, ensuring that all project milestones are met on time and within budget
  • manage project risk by identifying and mitigating potential issues and risks, and ensuring that appropriate measures are in place to minimise their impact
  • be able to evaluate whether the execution of any job during the construction is of decent quality, according to the overall context

Requirements

  • strong technical knowledge of all aspects of construction, including design, engineering, and project management
  • excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results
  • strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels
  • strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
  • bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is required
  • bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • minimum of 5 years’ experience in high-end residential construction management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
