Requirements

  • proven Business Management ability ideally gained within similar background or organisation with evidence that you could take on such a role
  • highly organised having a structured approach to work
  • ability to interpret financial data, monitor expense reports and perform cost-benefit analysis/ABC/Risk Assessments or P&L on internal programs
  • appropriate project management, service management experience
  • familiarity of Charity Commission laws/Governance
  • ability to develop business process models & operations / operating procedures that ensure key performance measures are met
  • high level influencing, written and oral communications skills and negotiation skills
  • self-confidence, and dynamism to be able to generate positive change and tangible results

Responsibility

  • you will need to develop robust plans and systems to ensure that all targets are met, and that progress is monitored, and corrective action taken where necessary
  • reporting & Metrics
