Requirements
- proven Business Management ability ideally gained within similar background or organisation with evidence that you could take on such a role
- highly organised having a structured approach to work
- ability to interpret financial data, monitor expense reports and perform cost-benefit analysis/ABC/Risk Assessments or P&L on internal programs
- appropriate project management, service management experience
- familiarity of Charity Commission laws/Governance
- ability to develop business process models & operations / operating procedures that ensure key performance measures are met
- high level influencing, written and oral communications skills and negotiation skills
- self-confidence, and dynamism to be able to generate positive change and tangible results
Responsibility
- you will need to develop robust plans and systems to ensure that all targets are met, and that progress is monitored, and corrective action taken where necessary
