Responsibility
- oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality service standards
- develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- coordinate catering and banquet events, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- train and mentor staff to provide exceptional service to customers
- handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food production and quality control
Requirements
- previous experience as a restaurant manager or assistant manager is preferred
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- familiarity with catering operations and banquet services is a plus
- experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is beneficial
- bartending experience is an asset
