Responsibility

  • assist with the cleaning, maintenance and organisation of the kitchen and equipment
  • in conjunction with the Head Chef develop and create new menus and ensure adherence to recipes and product specification
  • we are currently looking for a Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef to continue to produce high standards and creativity
