  • level 2 Health and Safety in the Workplace Award
  • awareness of manual handling techniques

Responsibility

  • assisting in the food preparation process for each service
  • cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes
  • assisting with the rotation of stock and the cleanliness of work stations throughout the shift
  • contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards
