Responsibility

  • we are excited to be recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team
  • follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • maintain a clean and organised work area
  • adhere to food safety regulations and sanitation standards
  • prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food before use
  • monitor food stock and place orders when necessary
  • hopefully you'll have some experience already working as a Chef De Partie and enjoy cooking in a kitchen that cares about the food it sends out
  • cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
