  • you will assist the head chef with the preparation and delivery of a mix of breakfast, lunch and dinner service

Requirements

  • you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience at this level working in a kitchen
  • A solid understanding, and commitment to, all kitchen hygiene regulations
  • teamwork and good communication skills within the kitchen are necessary as well as the ability to accept instruction from Chef without question, in a busy fast paced environment
