Requirements
- at least 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- exceptional customer service and communication skills
- in-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage management
- ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts
- excellent organisational and time management skills
- A passion for the restaurant industry and a dedication to delivering a memorable dining experience
