required for Branded food led premium Pub/Restaurant. You must have a full valid driving license and access to a vehicle for this role and hold a Personal Licence as well as have a minimum of two years experience in an Assistant Manager position
you will be fully flexible over shifts days and times of work week to week and be flexible over the number of hours worked to meet the needs of the business That can be from between 08.00and 01.00
you will have experience of The day to day Managing a business, guests and team at all levels including Team Leaders and Head/Second Chefs
you will drive the business through structured marketing and height standards as well as training and engaging a team to deliver throughout all aspects of there job roles
you will drive sales to exceed profit and ensure every guests leaves wanting to return through delivering WOW service And driving online reviews and feedback
you will need experience of cash handling, banking, wages, food and drink stocks as well as Rotas and also H&S polices and procedures
