Responsibility

  • primary Responsibilities
  • ensure that the service offered to guests is personal, memorable and to a 4 star hotel standard
  • build relationships with guests, ensuring that they want to return to Easthampstead Park
  • ensure good communication with all departments throughout the hotels
  • check in and check out of hotel guests, inclusive of taking payments and reconciling banking
  • handle, follow-up and communicate any comments or complaints from guests, passing them on to the Front of House Manager as necessary
  • be familiar with and promote the hotel facilities
  • to be fully versed with all fire evacuation procedures and operating the fire panel
