HORSFORTH SCHOOL is looking for employees for positions:

- health and Safety
- comply with the School’s policies and supporting documentation in relation to Data Protection, Information Security and Confidentiality

- support HR Director and Leadership on all employee relation issues liaising with other staff as appropriate
- promote and support whole staff wellbeing
- lead on staff absence and return to work procedures
- analyse all information relating to staff absence, including identifying patterns and trends and initiating appropriate follow-up action
- seek to proactively increase staff retention by implementing and conducting thorough exit interviews with all staff
- undertake, present and advise investigations relating to disciplinary and grievance procedures, including presenting findings at hearings
- lead Payroll processes
