  • with the GM develop the menu and specials board
  • drive food sales with offers and theme evenings
  • understand GP and dish specs
  • we are looking for someone to manage our kitchen. Maybe a current Sous Chef looking for their first head chef role or someone who is passionate about home cooked country pub food. Approx 50 cover dining area serving food 7 days a week
  • be good at working as a team or on their own
