  • working rota to include regular weekends off
  • the position is full time working 5 days per week
  • preparing delicious, high-quality meals that maintain our well-established reputation
  • assist the Head Chef with ordering food, stock control and controlling food waste
  • overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
  • supporting the team to manage budgets and successfully meet financial targets
  • we have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Sous Chef at our privately owned countryside gastropub. You will join a friendly, established kitchen team preparing in house dishes within a well-equipped kitchen
