working rota to include regular weekends off
the position is full time working 5 days per week
preparing delicious, high-quality meals that maintain our well-established reputation
assist the Head Chef with ordering food, stock control and controlling food waste
overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
supporting the team to manage budgets and successfully meet financial targets
we have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Sous Chef at our privately owned countryside gastropub. You will join a friendly, established kitchen team preparing in house dishes within a well-equipped kitchen
