- due to continued growth we require an experienced professional to join the company as Commercial Manager
- contract administration, including submission of applications for payment and management of commercial relationship with clients
- supply chain management, including identification of strategic supply chain relationships and negotiation of contract terms
- with over 30 years of experience in a wide array of industries such as Oil and Gas, Water, Power Generation, Renewable Energy, Manufacturing and many more
- leading the commercial risk & opportunities management process at project and business level
Requirements
- educated to degree level or equivalent
- excellent written communication skills
- thorough understanding of contractual terms and clauses common to design & build construction contracts
- experience working with common construction industry standard forms essential. Experience of administering NEC3/4 suite of contracts in particular is desirable
- 10+ years’ experience of commercial management in a design & build infrastructure projects environment
