Responsibility
- demonstrate expertise in both products and customer interactions
- support the team with encouragement and positive, constructive feedback
- horace is looking for a Store Manager for our first store in London. Reporting to the RETAIL Director, your role will be to manage the human and commercial performance of your team on a daily basis
- lead by example and help advisors when needed
- as a true ambassador of the Horace brand, your role will be both coach and mentor
- constantly share insights with managers, be their eyes/ears in the store, and know how to escalate problems quickly when necessary
- manage boutique operations
- participate in employee training and induction according to the program provided by the Retail team
