Responsibility

  • create style guides and brand voice outlines for all marketing,public relation and, advertising
  • create a communication strategy from scratch
  • to create content, media, blogs, etc
  • set up the voice and tone of the Company
  • copywriting
  • create and lead a start-up communication department and engage in a permanent dialogue with Directors and Cofounders
  • to oversee the implementation of both internal and external communication strategies
  • draft press releases and speeches following organizational news

Requirements

  • exceptional communication abilities, including writing, speaking and active listening
  • in-depth knowledge of best writing and messaging practices for business correspondence, public relations, advertising, marketing and sales copy and social media
  • in-depth knowledge and first-hand experience of British and American culture
  • ability to effectively engage with team members of all levels and across departments
  • great project management skills, including time management, goal-setting, multitasking and prioritization
  • leadership abilities, including training and mentorship
  • proven success in innovative communication campaigns
  • minimum of a Bachelor's and Masrer's Degree in Communications, Journalism or a related field
