we are looking for a the right candidate to do appointment booking on the phones working 10am-5pm, to aid and maintain our ever-growing business
this position is solely for out bound dialling to customers to schedule appointments for our sales team to visit face to face
this is either a role for people with strong Sales and Communication Skills looking to enhance that; or a stepping stone for someone looking to work in the world of Sales, giving you the tools, experience and skills you need to progress

creating and implementing operational strategy, sourcing equipment and managing other aspects of the call centre’s daily operation
monitoring random calls to assess and improve the quality of staff performance
handling and resolving complex customer complaints
setting and meeting performance targets and carrying out periodic appraisals
tracking user feedback, key performance indices and other statistics
communicating the company’s goals so that all employees understand their role
Requirements
previous Team leader/ Manager skills, ideally within a call centre or sales environment
results/ targets driven – used to meeting and exceeding KPI’s
ability to show a proven track record in delivering against testing sales targets
good Communicator across all departments within the business
ability to absorb information quickly and work under pressure
