Responsibility
- the technical sales advisor is responsible for handling all incoming sales-related queries and will aid customers in their journey to getting a quotation and ordering from StairFurb
- approximately 80% of the job will be undertaking video calls, while the other 20% will consist of answering technical queries on phone calls and emails
- video calls consist of a 20 minute period where the technical advisor will guide the customer with taking measurements, discussion of what the customer hopes to achieve and finally creating a quote
