Responsibility

  • fulfilling the registration requirements and performance standards required by the CIW
  • prepare personal plans and risk assessments for the residents in our care and ensure best practices are maintained at all times
  • ensure standards of cleaning and infection control are maintained and food hygiene procedures are followed
  • ensure medication is controlled and accurately recorded and check that staff maintain logs and reports accurately
  • promote a caring environment for residents according to guidelines, practice, legislative and regulatory requirements
  • ensure adequate measures are in place to protect the health and safety of residents and staff
  • ensuring high standards and best practices are maintained at all times
  • familiarising all employees with company policies & procedures and ensuring these are being followed correctly
