  • I have unstable epilepsy and need reassurance, and to feel confident in the person supporting me during and after a seizure
  • I need support around my flat and when I want to go out into the community - social visits, trips out, appointments etc
  • I like to be as independent as I can and make my own decisions and have support to enable me to do this
