Requirements
- previous experience in property leasing, real estate, or a related field is highly preferred
- excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence outcomes
- strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively juggle multiple leads and rental transactions
- knowledge of local rental market conditions and legislation is beneficial
- proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- A valid driver's license
