  • \* processing tenant applications through to acceptance
  • \*Property visits
  • \*Managing the maintenance database on a daily basis
  • \*Liaising with tradespeople and raising job tickets to following through to completion
  • \*Dealing with utilities
  • \*Arranging gas safety/electrical certificates and EPC's

Requirements

  • \*Excellent communication skills is essential
  • \*Team player having worked in the Estate Agency Sector for over 2 years, specifically in Lettings
  • you must hold a full UK driving licence
  • salary dependent on experience
