liaise with external service providers and contractors in relation to the building and any repairs / maintenance needed
provide the CEO with data / reports from our database to assist with the production of feedback reports for funders
occasionally attend fundraising events as a representative for the organisation
fire Warden for the office
first Aider for the office
the role involves helping to maintain the databases and directories, providing events support and assisting colleagues with any other admin tasks to ensure the smooth running of Home-Start Medway
job Purpose: The role provides general administrative support to the wider team

Requirements
performing a range of administrative tasks for a small, busy organisation
multi-tasking and working to deadlines
dealing with the public face to face, through emails and on the phone
good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken
works well in a team with a flexible approach to work
personal resilience and the ability to stay focused in a rapidly changing environment
confident telephone manner and excellent customer service skills
