  • ensure office supplies are maintained and ordered in a timely manner for the team
  • liaise with external service providers and contractors in relation to the building and any repairs / maintenance needed
  • provide the CEO with data / reports from our database to assist with the production of feedback reports for funders
  • occasionally attend fundraising events as a representative for the organisation
  • fire Warden for the office
  • first Aider for the office
  • the role involves helping to maintain the databases and directories, providing events support and assisting colleagues with any other admin tasks to ensure the smooth running of Home-Start Medway
  • job Purpose: The role provides general administrative support to the wider team
