Responsibility

  • ensure cleanliness standards are met and maintained throughout the establishment
  • supervise Cleaning Staff: Effectively manage a team of cleaners, providing guidance, support, and training as necessary. Monitor staff performance and ensure the completion of tasks in a timely manner
  • cleaning Operations: Oversee and participate in delivering the day-to-day cleaning operations of the properties, including guest rooms, public areas, offices, corridors, and other designated areas

Requirements

  • previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
  • excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
  • attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness and quality
  • knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques
  • understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices
  • ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to ensure adequate coverage
  • proficient computer skills for managing inventory and generating reports
