  • follow and adhere to company procedures and guidelines at all times
  • follow and adhere to all regulatory requirements as set out by the FCA
  • maintain a clear and concise notes commentary on all applications
  • ensure information that comes to light which conflicts with the original information provided is brought to the attention of line management
  • recommending improvements where appropriate
  • communicate regularly with solicitors through to legal completion
  • maintain accurate and up to date notes commentary for compliance purposes
