Requirements

  • proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor, preferably with a track record of success
  • strong knowledge of the mortgage market, including various mortgage products and lender criteria
  • familiarity with financial regulations and compliance within the mortgage industry
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • proficient in mortgage sourcing systems and relevant software applications
  • ceMAP or equivalent qualifications and previous CAS status
