Responsibility
- conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions
- create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts
- design high quality graphics including website banners, overlays, logos etc
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience
- ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines while also being responsive across various devices
- stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the user experience
- work closely with developers during the implementation phase to ensure designs are executed accurately
- maintain an organised library of design assets for future projects
Requirements
- strong sense of design aesthetics
- understanding of web technologies including CSS, SCSS, React, Node.js, and Drupal
- experience with email marketing platforms like MailChimp is advantageous
- knowledge of SEO principles to enhance the visibility of digital products is a plus
- familiarity with Telerik or similar UI component libraries is beneficial
- excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences
