Requirements

  • organise the various areas of production including machine shop, spray shop and assembly, managing operatives workload
  • following and enforcing Health and safety in all areas of production, including risk assessments, fire safety etc
  • work with directors to improve production facilities and processes
  • quality control all areas of production
  • complete new operative induction training, and refresher training for all operatives
  • produce cutting lists and review working drawings
  • work with all areas of production as well as office based project management and designers to ensure seamless end to end job progression
  • schedule and maintain good housekeeping throughout the production facilities
