Requirements
- strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and financial management
- registered Manager certification or equivalent experience in the home care industry
- excellent organizational and leadership skills
- bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required
- ability to manage staff effectively, including recruitment, training, and performance management
- excellent communication skills
- knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the home care industry
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
