  • level 3 Management in Office administration or equivalent experience
  • advanced Accounting skills
  • excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • strong organisational and multitasking ability
  • ability to manage time effectively
  • ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • A strong attention to detail to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and to a high standard

Responsibility

  • any other duties in line with the post as directed by the Manager or Trustees
  • taking minutes of meetings including acting as clerk to Trustees
  • maintaining office supplies and equipment inventory
  • organising and maintaining files and records
  • reporting to the manager and Trustees, development of the use of the building and management of the building, including Health and Safety
