Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • to formulate, implement and maintain nursing care plans
  • to provide and supervise the delivery of nursing care
  • to maintain NMC professional registration and be conversant with NMC Codes
  • to dispense and administer medication to residents as prescribed and accurately maintaining records
  • to carry out effective stock control and ordering of prescribed medication and products for the home
  • to develop close professional relationships with external professionals, residents and relatives using excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • hollycroft Nursing Home are looking for a full-time RGN . Full flexibility is required as position will include week-end and Bank holiday working
  • any other duties as required
