Responsibility
- provisioning new services, or dealing with Moves, Adds and Changes for our existing customers
- assisting our project team on-site when required
- supporting incoming customer requests and queries via phone, web, email and providing 1stand 2ndline fault support, with the aim of delighting our customers through every interaction
- dealing with all aspects of customer administration, including IT, CCTV, WIFI, Data Networking, Cloud and on-premise UC and industry processes such as Change Control and porting or numbers and provision of new cloud services
- liaising with 3rdparty suppliers, where necessary regarding hardware, software and connectivity support, ensuring that the Holler team and the Customer are kept fully up to date on progress
- you should have the drive and determination to succeed in a fast paced, fast growing environment, but be approachable and willing to work as part of the team for the greater good of the company
Requirements
- individuals must have a valid and eligible residency status to apply for this role
