Responsibility

deputising for Technical Services Manger when required
support and mentoring of more junior team members with their activities
administrative support of horizon scanning activities
administrative support of product surveillance testing activities
logging and risk assessment of all complaints received within the business in line with H&B internal policies
following up with suppliers on complaints responses
review of physical products returned by customers and data entry into the complaints system
forwarding the samples onwards to suppliers for investigation

Requirements

passionate about product quality and launching great products
experience working in manufacturing site or retail within technical/regulatory function
fantastic communication & organisational skills
understanding of BRC requirements and retailer Codes of Practice
comfortable with juggling multiple timelines and working in a highly agile environment
experience within administrative role
A strong team player, adept at building effective relationships and stakeholder management
highly accountable and great at problem solving
