ensure all food and beverage items are well presented and consistently served to the required standard
to ensure all displays, counters and café seating are clean, tidy, and hygienic and in line with our standards
to promote excellent standards of safety and cleanliness
keeping an eye on stock levels, ordering, working within the budget
to follow setting up and closing down procedures, including any washing up if required
to develop and maintain high levels of customer engagement and service with all customers
