Requirements

  • qualifications in social care management are preferred, but not essential
  • you will work closely with other staff members to ensure that the highest standards of care are maintained at all times
  • as the Deputy Manager of Westwood Care Home, you will support the Care Home Manager in the overall management and operations of the care home
