Responsibility
- provide leadership to your team, acting as a positive role model at all times
- manage rotas on a daily basis
- lead the shift, ensuring staff provide support that follows individual’s care plans and daily support plans
- provide effective supervision to Support Workers on your team
- to ensure all team members provide a needs-led service for Holistic Care Pathways service users by adopting a person-centred approach that fosters personal growth and gives each person the strongest voice regarding decision making and lifestyle choices
- provide on call cover as arranged by the Registered Manager, working within on call guidance
- we are looking for enthusiastic, caring and passionate people to become an integral part of our team supporting individuals with Complex Care Needs
- ensure good team working and effective communication
