- budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts; monitor performance against targets and recommend corrective actions
- strategic Analysis: Provide insights and scenario planning to support growth and investment decisions
- reliable cash flow and compliance with all statutory obligations
- cash & Compliance: Oversee cash management, owner payments, payroll, insurance, and fleet management; ensure accuracy and transparency
- technology & KPIs: Inform software development to improve service quality; own KPI reporting to track progress against targets
