Responsibility
- carry out surveys to assist in quote building
- keeping the jobs on track and running to tight deadlines and within budget
- to deliver excellent customer service as measured by customer feedback
- to liaise with customers and manage their expectations
- to collect materials or building supplies for the jobs as and when required
- delivering a wide range of projects from start to finish which will typically include building repairs, property maintenance jobs, electrics, plumbing, carpentry, landscaping and decorating. This will either be by yourself or leading a team
Requirements
- able to demonstrate the ability to deliver projects on your own initiative or leading a team
- experience of delivering projects from start to finish
- solutions focused and able to overcome challenges
- withstand working under pressure and to tight deadlines
- extremely organised with good communication and listening skills
- detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving
- you must be neat, tidy and have excellent time keeping
