Requirements
hold Qualified Teacher Status and a degree appropriate to the job role
be flexible, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and prioritise workload
have proven experience of teaching Design and Technology across Key Stage 3 and 4
have experience of improving outcomes for disadvantaged and SEND students
be able to demonstrate a commitment to and knowledge/experience of effective strategies to maintain and raise attainment, in particular to address the differing needs which exist in the mixed ability classroom, including EAL learners
