Responsibility

  • providing engineered innovative solutions for the development of new products and modifications to existing products
  • performing mechanical calculations & analysis to ensure the integrity functionality and safety of designs
  • adhering to design specifications, project requirements and industry standards to produce approval conceptual designs
  • producing design handover packages including detailed manufacturing drawings, BOMs using 2D & 3D Cad software
  • supporting the manufacturing team to ensure seamless transition from design to production, providing guidance and technical support as needed
  • reducing manufacturing cost through improved design and consultation with the sales & production departments
  • compiling & collating technical documentation including manuals, datasheets & certification
  • staying knowledgeable with industry trends, standards, and regulations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of product designs
