- and/or will be CIPD qualified, as well as having a proven track record in working in a varied role, including being involved with activities such as Health & Safety, Office Co-Ordination, people analytics, employee relations, administration and/or facilities

Responsibility
- » Confidently take responsibility of the Employee On-boarding and Off-boarding process for the UK Branch
- » Co-ordinate with the External 3rd party HR Consultancy for support, advice and managing larger change projects
- » Take ownership for engagement, well-being and team building events
- » Being the first port of call for any visitors and colleagues, ensuring the office facilities are maintained and managing key supplier relationships
- » Liaising with the main building reception, responsible for escalating relevant messages and updates to colleagues regarding their visitors, post, events etc
- » Accountable for the day-to-day Employment Relations and People Activities , partnering with Payroll, Recruitment and other areas where appropriate to ensure a high quality of service to the business
