duties include; using a number of online systems and processes to manage customer services, responding to messages submitted by telephone and email, maintaining customer records, processing returns and refunds, liaising with our couriers, working with the warehouse team and providing administrative support to the Director and Business Manager
once trained as a Customer Services Advisor, the successful candidate will take on office administration duties and work alongside the Director and Business Manager
we are looking for candidates with general office administration experience who can manage a number of projects at a time and multitask
