- hogies Online is a successful online retail company selling beauty products, fragrances and gifts and we are looking for an experienced Office Administrator and Customer Services Advisor to join our team
- duties include; using a number of online systems and processes to manage customer services, responding to messages submitted by telephone and email, maintaining customer records, processing returns and refunds, liaising with our couriers, working with the warehouse team and providing administrative support to the Director and Business Manager
- once trained as a Customer Services Advisor, the successful candidate will take on office administration duties and work alongside the Director and Business Manager
- we are looking for candidates with general office administration experience who can manage a number of projects at a time and multitask
- are you able to multi-task and use systems and processes to deliver objectives?
