we have a great opportunity for an ambitious Wedding and Event Co-Ordinator to join our Sales team, you will be working within the sales team and responsible for ensuring the growth and development of the wedding, conference and events business
actively contributing to driving sales, your role will involve reservations, responding to enquiries for conferences, weddings and events, co-ordinating all administrational requirements, communicating with event organisers and guests and liaising with the management team to ensure a seamless transition of information from the sales office to operations
deliver accurate function sheets to the team
to handle all enquiries and requests, providing accurate information adhering to company procedures
to attend and coordinate wedding fayres
maintain communication with senior staff with weekly updates on status and development of the business
issuing Pro-forma invoices
