Responsibility

  • we are looking for an Office Manager & EA to join us on our journey of equipping the world's talent with the means to do their best work, wherever they might be
  • as an Office Manager & EA you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the smooth operation of Hofy's remote and physical working environment, providing high-level administrative support to the co-founders and helping to create an exceptional employee experience across Hofy's various departments
  • we centralise and automate workplace management processes so businesses can focus on what they do best! Improving a company's onboarding processes and creating an great employee experience is at the core of what we do and to do that we are building our own incredibly talented team with big growth targets over the next two years
  • providing high-level administrative support to co-founders, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and good email and schedule management
  • providing day to day administrative support to co-founders, supporting with ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks as well as schedule and email management

Requirements

  • prior experience in a VC backed startup and tech environment
  • previous experience in remote HR administration/compliance
  • previous experience working within a recruitment/talent function
